When the heat fails in winter, you are often hours away. We place a small monitor in the home. It tracks temperature, humidity, and power, and it runs on cellular service, so it still works if the Wi-Fi is off.

If the heat fails, the power goes out, or the temperature falls below a level you choose, Standing Watch is alerted at once. We go to the home, restore heat, and stop freeze damage before it starts. The first response visit is included. Parts and further repairs are quoted as they occur.

Add-on to the twice-yearly program. You do not have to be in town.
